allow me to amend myself

in response to "see you in another life brother"

a facebook message from the one-and-only John 'England' Nolan:
"You forgot to add that while you and Vince were eating ice cream sandbitches, "Bug" and I were being men, shooting Nazis and drinking beer, like men do. BOOYAH!"

...while Vince and I were busy eating ice cream '"sandbitches", bug and england were being men, shooting Nazis and drinking beer, like men do.

...they also took more than 5 years to graduate college. just sayin'...

time spent procrastinating

BREWERY TOUR! YESSS! Yard's Brewery in Philadelphia offers free tours and a walk through of the brewing process... plus free samples and $3 10oz beers in their tasting room! (And really yummy $3 grilled cheese sandwiches...we're talking beer bread and gouda and roasted red peppers and the like. straight up grilled cheese domination here...) If you're ever in the Philly area and need a cheap date idea, everyone loves beer and cold rooms stacked with kegs ;)

Did the usual 'drunky mcdrunkster' routine with the bests this weekend. Saturday night at Fado and Fox&Hound... my goal in life is apparently trying to find Stoopid Matt a girlfriend. So much so that I used my expensive eyeliner to write his number on a napkin and give it to Stella, our server. Cute girl...probably thought i was mental. Meh, such is life.

It was nice having Vince in town and spending time with some people I don't see very often... makes me really miss college. Wonder if I could re-enroll @ 30... just sayin'

"see you in another life brother"

so my brother is in town visiting. not my brother in the historical, blood relation sense. brother as in my old roommate from college, one of my many protectors, one of "my boys", one of my most favoritest people ever.

funny thing about vince, he's the most needy man i've ever met...like emotionally demanding. but freaking loyal as hell and would die for a friend...so that emotional baggage shit kind of gets outweighed-i guess ;)

during the summer in college when we lived together his guido ass would make the best eggplant parmesan or italian meatloaf and we would stuff ourselves silly...right after we worked out at the gym... counter -productive? maybe. who the ef cares. it was soooo worth it. then we would spend the rest of the night eating ice cream sandwiches and drinking chilled jaegermeister that was always in our freezer

oh yea, and when he bones his girlfriend it sounded like a helicopter...go 'head go 'head get down...

we had an upper level physiology class together senior year. he got pissed that i would skip a lot of classes and still do better on the exams than him....thats vince. but i love him. unconditionally
